Q: How do I become a member of CO-OP?
A: Membership applications are available online or you may ask our cashiers for a copy. You are welcome to submit your application, along with your payment [$5.00] to any cashier for processing.

Q: Why should I become a member?
A: Members receive special incentives, such as multiple discount coupon credits and member only prices on weekly specials. We also feel it creates a sense of ownership of the store. We encourage our members to make their needs and wishes known to the managers and the Board of Directors.

Q: Do I need to become a member to shop at the CO-OP?
A: No, everyone is welcome to shop at the store--member or not. We encourage our patrons to become members for additional savings.

Q: Why does the membership application require a Social Security Number?
A: We are required by law to have Social Security Numbers on record for all stockholders.

Q: Is membership confidential?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you sell member names to other groups?
A: Absolutely not. We do not exchange, trade or sell our membership list to anyone.

Q: What if I lose my card?
A: Contact any of the managers or tell a cashier at one of the registers. Your card will be replaced quickly, at no charge.

Q: Do you make home deliveries?
A: We do not offer this option.

Q: Can I fax or e-mail my order for pick-up later in the day?
A: No, not at this time. We will explore this possibility sometime in the future.

Q: Are you open on Sundays?
A: Yes, we are open everyday 8am-8 pm.

Q: Can you help me carry my groceries to my car?
A: Yes!! Please ask your cashier to have your bags carried out and we will gladly assist you.

Q: What if I am dissatisfied with a product?
A: We do encourage your feedback and our department mangers, along with our general manager want to know about any product that does not meet your satisfaction. Please return the product to the store and your purchase price will be refunded.

Q: If an item is 3 for $6.00, can I buy just one for $2.00?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I special order an item?
A: In most cases, yes. Please ask one of our managers for assistance. We discover many new and exciting products from customer requests. Please bring your suggestions to our attention.

Q: Can you obtain a sample of an item I saw advertised?
A: We are occasionally provided samples. Please let us know what you need and we will make an effort to help you.

Q: Do you carry kosher products and prepackaged meats (hot dogs, turkeys etc.)?
A: Yes. There is also an expanding selection of kosher items throughout the store.

Q: Do you custom cut meat, tie it up, wrap and label it?
A: Yes. We feature this type of service. Please speak to us for this request; we know you will be delighted with our capability.

Q: Can I phone in a custom meat order?
A: Yes. You are welcome to consult with our meat department and they can assist.

Q: Can you prepare a cut of meat to match my recipe?
A: Yes. Again, we feature this type of service. We may be able to add some additional suggestions. Please ask anytime.

Q: Is their a minimum deli “per pound” order?
A: No. Tell us what you need and we can do it for you.

Q: Do you prepare sandwiches to order in person or by phone?
A: Yes for both. You may phone in your order to the deli department. Do you know about our lunch club?

Q: Do you have custom meat, vegetable and cheese platters all year long?
A: Yes. Usually we need a few hours advanced notice to prepare a platter. We have a wide selection of options. Please speak to our deli department for assistance.

Q: Do you have fresh fish?
A: Yes. Fresh uncooked fish is available in the meat department. Fresh cooked fish is available in the deli. There is also a good assortment of frozen fish items.

Q: Do you have organic produce?
A: Yes. A complete line of organic produce is available.

Q: What does “organic” mean? No chemicals?
A: Organic means “Free from chemical injections or additives.”

Q: Do you have a bakery on premises?
A: Yes. Our in-store baked goods are prepared fresh daily.
